Job Description:
This is a full-time (40-hours per week), Monday–Friday position based in our main office. Office hours will range from 7:00am-4:30pm.
- Processing vendor invoices and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reviewing and reconciling AP reports, statements, and balances.
- Managing the accounts receivable process while following company policies and procedures.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing tasks, including monthly reconciliation of accounts payable balances and yearly 1099 processing.
- Collaborating with vendors, team members, and other departments to maintain smooth and efficient financial operations.
- Helping with additional office and accounting tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related role.
- Comfortable using accounting software (experience with CDK a plus).
- Sharp attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and strong organizational habits.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, office environment— ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Great communicator who can build relationships with vendors and teammates.
- Accounting or Finance degree is preferred, but your skills matter most.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with payroll or broader corporate accounting.
