Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor to join our team. As an Acrobatics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students of various levels and ages how to do tumbling and acrobatics dance in a structured, disciplined and organized way. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment where the students can reach their acrobatics goals.
Duties:
- Plan and deliver instructional lessons in accordance with established curriculum
- Provide guidance and support to students during class activities as well as be able to spot assist all levels and ages in acrobatics tricks.
- Teach students proper techniques , skills , and strength building exercises.
- Ensure the safety of all students during class sessions
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop and implement program enhancements
Experience:
- Previous experience in coaching or acrobatics instruction is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- hands on training
- Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
