What you’ll do as a Life Enrichment Associate:
- Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating all recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with facility policy, the resident’s care plan, and as directed by supervisors.
- Actively invite, remind, and encourages all residents in the building to attend the activity, as applicable and appropriate.
- Coordinate and assist residents in getting to activity locations within the Households of Bethany and assisting with clean up after activities/events
What’s required as a Life Enrichment Associate:
- Hours: 4pm - 7pm
- Food Service experience
- Support the mission, vision and values of Bethany Life.
- Ability to work effectively with all co-workers in a team environment..
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Shift time from 4pm-7pm
- Every other weekend rotation; 11am-7pm
- Every other holiday rotation
