WNY’s Preeminent Life Care Community is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our activities department in our Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facility in Williamsville, NY. Position available:
This is a part time position, 22 hours a week.
Possible shifts include:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 3pm
- Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 9am - 3pm
Job purpose:
Qualified candidates will be responsible for implementing fun and exciting activity programs to our residents while offering high-quality, person-centered care. Our programs will value personal growth, individuality, and fulfillment, which enable residents to experience their greatest independence.
Job tasks include:
- Participates in community planning related to the interests of the residents and their needs.
- Supervises programs as necessary in the skilled nursing facility, assisted living residence, and memory care residence.
- Encourages residents to participate in programs.
- Ensures that department work areas are maintained in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.

Qualifications:
- Experience in organizing and planning Cultural Arts activities is preferred.
- Experience working with a geriatric population is preferred.
- Must pass a medical evaluation, background check, and drug test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
