We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning. Duties
- Manage and maintain the Calendar for scheduling tours and meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with excellent customer service.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks.
- Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy access to important information.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to the owner.
- Answer phones and give potential clients information about the school and arrange for tours.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience as a clerk or personal assistant is a plus.
- Be available to open and/or close the school.
