JOB SUMMARY:
In addition to normal secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements), the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to management staff with responsibilities to include sourcing customer service requests, reconciling vendor information, and other record keeping systems. The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials. Adheres to audit readiness requirements and associated contract and company requirements.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee ACI Business Office personnel and support functions be main point of contact for location.
- Primary POC to ACI Site Management for payroll, timekeeping, HR related functions, procurement, safety and security processes and paperwork.
- Understand and meet established productivity and quality control goals associated with assigned functional area / process.
- Follow established guidelines in performing day-to-day routine tasks as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Audit Readiness standards.
- Ability to use e-mail to receive and disseminate workload tasks and information.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Minimum of Associates Degree or BS in Business or other related degree
Minimum 3-years of experience with Business Management/HR support

MISCELLANEOUS / OTHER
Ability to stand, squat, and have full range of motion, wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) as needed for job duties, lift at least 40 pounds, and see, hear and respond to dangerous situations.
