As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating activities and providing high-level administrative support to the Administrative Coordinator and senior management. You will assist the Administrative Coordinator with various administrative duties, including data entry and accounting support. You will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's administrative functions while ensuring effective communication.
As the ideal candidate, you will assist in making administrative decisions to support the business unit operations of Cabello Fresh Produce in the United States and Mexico, requiring knowledge of a wide range of office management systems, as well as finance and accounting.
Job Key Activities:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Assist the Administrative Coordinator and work closely with management to achieve goals and objectives, ensuring projected production targets are met through coordinated efforts throughout the organization on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly basis.
- Assist with developing, implementing, maintaining, and controlling essential business, information, and operations support systems with department managers and/or supervisors.
- Coordinates the collection of information or the preparation of reports and compiles or supervises the compilation of data for reports utilizing Excel and other software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines are required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Serve as a liaison with other departments on policies, procedures, and practices.
