Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will support office operations by performing a wide range of administrative duties, including customer service, bookkeeping, vendor coordination, and project management. This role is ideal for someone organized and efficient, capable of handling multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a part-time Office Manager to support daily operations including:
- Invoicing and bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar)
- Light property management
- Customer service and order follow-ups
- Office organization and administration
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with bookkeeping and invoicing software
- A friendly, professional attitude when interacting with clients
- Self-motivation and reliability
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing using software.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, coordinate office maintenance, and ensure a clean workspace.
- Assist with vendor relations, including communication and coordination of services.
- Support the property management team with tenant communication and scheduling maintenance.
- Manage documentation such as shipping papers and certifications.
- Organize and track projects using Trello to ensure timely completion of tasks.
