We are looking for a full time Office Assistant to assist the operations department in general daily tasks.
Responsibilities include answering client phone calls, customer service, data entry, filing, and maintaining daily sales reports in Quick Books and Excel.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, with emphasis on Excel, and general knowledge of QuickBooks.
