Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20-$25 an hour
Must have medical billing and sales experience.

Our warehouse team plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the warehouse management team by handling clerical tasks, coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support warehouse operations by taking and processing orders, invoices, and shipping documents- Must have medical billing experience
- Maintain and update inventory records using warehouse management software
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners, and Customers
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate pickups
- Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Assist with maintaining compliance and regulatory documentation
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management software is a plus (Netsuite)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
