We at CastleRock Financial Advisors are seeking an additional full-time admin assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for performing confidential admin & clerical tasks for a Financial Advisor. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, detail oriented, organized, & comfortable working on computers for the majority of the day.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in maintaining client database to ensure accuracy of client info
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Excel, Outlook, & Word
- Answering multiple phone lines & providing excellent customer service
- Superior organizational skills, self-starter & dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
- Marketing & advertising skills a plus
- Maintain polite, professional communication via phone, e-mail, & mail
- Maintain conference room & kitchen area
- Coordinate lunches, events, client dinners, etc.,
This position requires:
- 2-4 years of admin experience
- Excellent proficiency on computers & internet
Salary is flexible, based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
