About Us
At The HR Innovator Group, we provide innovative HR solutions to a range of businesses, helping them build stronger, compliant, and people-centered workplaces. Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and delivering client-ready resources that make a real impact. We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the HR field while supporting our internal operations.
About the Role
This role is perfect for a college student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field. As our HR Administrative Assistant, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure internal organization and help produce polished, professional HR documents for clients. You won’t interact with clients directly, but your work will directly support the materials they see—like job descriptions, handbooks, and offer letters.
You'll also answer incoming calls, assist with proposal creation using templates, and help manage internal calendars and meetings. If you're excited about HR, love formatted documents, and are comfortable juggling multiple tech platforms, this is the role for you!
