Widerman Malek, PL is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our location in Celebration, Florida.
-Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls accordingly
-Take and relay messages
-Provide information to clients both over the phone and in person
-Receive and sort mail, as well as deliveries
-Provide general administrative and clerical support
-Prepare correspondence and documents
-Open new client files
-Manage client account activity
-Filing, faxing, emailing, and scanning documents
-Communicating with other legal professionals
-Scheduling consultations and maintaining calendars for the office
You must be an excellent communicator, well organized, and proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a personal and professional presentation.
A 2 year degree, or 2 years of law office experience preferred. A 4 year degree in legal studies or paralegal studies is a plus, but not required. Experience in TABS billing software is also a plus.
