Primary Responsibility:
General office assistance in area of customer service, reception, data entry, filing, record keeping and day-to-day activities.
Specific Duties:
- Share responsibility of processing interment phone orders. Family Estate digital file preparation for at-need family pre-interment authorization interviews. Greeting of and seating of families during office visits. Processing all interment related documents as outlined in Administrative Procedures
- Computer Entry of purchase agreements and other related documents
- Maintaining accounts receivable records through computer program reports and deposits
- Processing of daily cash receipts and deposits
- Process service requests from customers
- Maintain property owner mailing list and contact databases
- Handle necessary cemetery correspondence
- Be able to assist Office Administrator with daily cemetery administration
- Share responsibilities with all co-workers to maintain clean and organized work environment
- Maintain positive, cooperative, compatible attitude
- Escort funeral services/processions and assist in graveside services
- Ability to lift minimum of 30lbs
Position: Administrative Assistant, Part-time ( 2-3 days a week), Saturdays required
Reports to: Regional Administrator
Location: Fort Howard Memorial Park, Green Bay, WI
Minimum Requirements: Requires ability to effectively handle multiple duties simultaneously including computer entry, correspondence, telephone skills, public reception, sales assistance, bookkeeping skills and assist in functions of Office Administrator and fill in during Office Administrators absence.
