Our organization is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to help support team members. The ideal candidate will take on the role of supporting team members and provide assistance with projects by following detailed instructions and working according to deadlines. A successful candidate will possess proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and be able to work independently while managing their time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Enter Bills.
- Be highly organized and always ready to assist.
- Be a team player and ability to work collaboratively.
- Manage daily office tasks such as paying vendor bills and filing.
- Prepare documents for meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
