Responsibilties
- Present and speak confidently to clients in a clear, structured manner
- Follow up with clients consistently and professionally
- Assist in preparing materials, reports, and updates for client meetings
- Manage day-to-day office coordination (ordering food, supplies, event logistics)
- Support the CEO with personal and professional administrative tasks
- Ensure tasks are tracked, updated, and executed with accuracy
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, CRM platforms, etc.)
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and adapting as priorities shift
- Strong communication skills — able to speak clearly with a diverse range of people
- Solid organizational habits and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Prior experience in client communication, administrative support, or operations coordination is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
