The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for running and coordinating day-to-day administrative duties and providing support to the entire RVA Team. Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills are critical in this role. This position is available as either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s availability and fit.
Position Tasks and Duties:
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
- Organizing meetings and events, including scheduling, sending invitations and reminders, securing a venue, and organizing catering when necessary
- Manage firm’s inventory
- Provide administrative support for the internal teams, including meeting preparation, meeting notes, and other important support needs
- Coordinate executive and employee travel
- Provide support for reception of guests – creating a welcoming environment, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors
