Meet our Founder:
Hi! I’m Jessica Gremley. I founded Natural Skincare & Acne Clinic in 2011 and have been in the medical esthetics field for 22 years. As the founder, I have built an in-person clinic that offers a Holistic 12-week acne clearing program that is offered in our clinic and virtually to clients all over the world. In addition, we offer esthetic treatments such as laser, light therapy, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and medical facials. We also have a full service e-commerce store where we sell and ship skincare, herbs, supplements and make-up across the US and several other countries.
We currently maintain a high-performing team of 10 individuals who are committed to personal and professional integrity and who don’t mind having fun while they work. We are looking for an A-level candidate who would be a great complement to our team.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients when they arrive at the clinic.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Answer telephone and make appointments for in-person and online client appointment. Provide relevant information about clinic and online services.
- Check out clients and process credit card payments.
- Manage new client intake forms and coordinating of appointments.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Maintain client charts, consent forms and intake forms.
- Open, sort, and respond to customer service text.
- Maintain clinic premises neat and a good working environment.
- Provide high-quality customer services to in-office clients.
- Receive retail orders and assist with inventory counts.
- Assist the Social Media Manager by collecting taking videos of services and clients testimonials as well as using Canva to create before and after photos.
- Run errands (must have a reliable car)
- Assist Office Manager with projects and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience
- Spa and/or service industry experience required
- High school graduate or Associates
Skills:
- Must be able to multi-task and enjoy being busy
- High levels of Accuracy and Attention-to-Detail
- High level of customer service orientation
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow through with tasks
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- High technical ability

You will need:
- Dress, appearance, and demeanor must be professional at all times.

- Our clients are emotional and sensitive about their acne and need someone who is caring, encouraging, and understanding of their requirements.

- You have knowledge of medical esthetic procedures or dermatology.
- Spa experience.
- You use Zenoti Appointment Scheduling system.

Salary:
$19-25 per hour (including bonus)
Hours:
Monday: 8:15am-4:30pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 11:45am-6pm
Friday: 8:15am-1pm
**occasional Saturday coverage as needed
