Hiring Range: $15.50-$20.74
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
- Provides research and administrative assistance for special projects as assigned. Presents findings and makes recommendations.
- Performs work assignments in support of departmental goals.
- Attends and participates in meetings at the invitation of leadership.
- Performs additional clerical duties as assigned.
Additionally will assist with:
- Research for regulatory reporting and quality/risk senior level meetings
- Assistance with policy work in preparation for TJC visit
- Timeline work for RCA's and debriefs
- Assistance with presentation preparations ( BQPSC,CPC, SERT, MDM )
- Assist in MSO with Medical applications
- Background checks, missing documentation, Affiliations, Certifications, CME's, References
Complexity of Work:
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED required. Enrolled in degreed program specific to discipline.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
