The Rory S. Clark Team at Brown Harris Stevens, the leading privately-held real estate services company in the Tri-State area, is seeking an Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join their growing team. Located in their recently renovated Flatiron office, candidates must have a professional demeanor, be highly detail-oriented, possess impeccable and immaculate organization skills, be proficient in following systems and structure, and should have strong written and verbal skills.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Mailing campaigns
- Newsletter preparation
- Team social media account management
- Client gifting
- Website maintenance
- Client support as needed
- Various administrative tasks as needed
Experience
- Extremely detail oriented with impeccable organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Skilled in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Background and comfort with professionally interfacing with prominent clients
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Real Estate experience a plus, but not necessary
