JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Under close and/or directive supervision, with limited latitude for planning or laying out of working details and following established procedure, must be able to perform the routine, clerical work of the department to which assigned, maintain routine records, make or check routine computations, file records, prepare routine reports, maps, charts, etc.; check work of others, operate various mechanical devices afforded to facilitate work, operate reproduction equipment and typewriter, and do related work as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- No previous experience required.
- Know departmental organization of Company.
- Must know and practice Company's applicable safety rules.
- Must be able to qualify for automobile and truck operator's license.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be energetic and alert.
- Be willing to work under unusual surroundings, as well as the normal working conditions pertaining to this job.
- Be willing to work irregular or extra hours as required.
- Be able to receive and execute orders and instructions in such a manner as to inspire respect of associates.
- Be neat, clean and orderly in work and person.
- Be willing to attend and take part in safety meetings.
- Have temperament suited to work of a routine and confining nature and be able to work in harmony with other employees.
- Understand the importance of always rendering and maintaining first class, courteous service to all customers.
- Understand the importance of treating as confidential certain items handled, and have ability to recognize such items.

Successful completion of the SASS test.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
As a provider of essential services, Entergy expects its employees to be available to work additional hours, to work in alternate locations, and/or to perform additional duties in connection with storms, outages, emergencies, or other situations as deemed necessary by the company.
