Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk and reception area
- Assist clients with completing forms and applications
- Support office staff with data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous front desk or administrative experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
