We are seeking a dynamic, mission-aligned Admissions Director to serve as the first point of contact for families, schools, and referral sources. This leadership role is critical to helping clients begin their journey with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the admissions and intake process for ABA service line
- Serve as a liaison to families, helping them understand care options and guiding them through next steps
- Manage and mentor a small admissions and scheduling team
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and leadership to ensure client needs are matched with appropriate services
- Maintain accurate records and monitor key performance indicators for client onboarding
- Build and sustain relationships with referral partners, including schools, physicians, and community organizations
- Uphold our values of accessibility, empathy, and transparency in every interaction
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, healthcare administration, social work, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in admissions, care coordination, or client services within a healthcare or behavioral health setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations or families navigating special needs services is a plus
- A warm, confident, and professional presence with a passion for helping others
- Experience using Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Medical Billing experience
