We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning, development, and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget. You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and client services teams to ensure campaign success and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Coordinate advertising campaigns from concept through completion
Assist in media planning, scheduling, and purchasing
Monitor advertising budgets and invoice processes
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors
Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery
Conduct market and competitor research as needed
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across materials
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
1+ year of experience in an advertising or marketing support role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with advertising platforms and project management tools is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
