The position pays a salary base with commission.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses in the region
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on our product offerings, including our industry-leading conservation drills
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve agricultural practices and efficiencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and continually improve the sales experience
- Stay informed about agricultural trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
