AI / Agent Engineer — Microsoft Ecosystem

Role Overview

Vurke is seeking AI/Agent Engineers to develop enterprise AI agents capable of reasoning over business information, calling tools and APIs, executing workflows and interacting with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and multi-step agent workflows.
• Build tool-using agents connected to enterprise applications.
• Develop agent orchestration and workflow logic.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, knowledge stores and business applications.
• Implement RAG and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Develop memory, context and state-management approaches.
• Integrate agents with Microsoft Copilot and Azure services.
• Implement human-in-the-loop approval where required.
• Develop guardrails and permission controls.
• Test agents for accuracy, reliability and unwanted behavior.
• Implement observability, logging and evaluation.
• Optimize agent latency and operating cost.
