GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARY
We're looking for a tech-savvy and solution-oriented AIAutomation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, automation, and operations-using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, n8n or DataStax to solve real-world problems without heavy coding.
You'll design, test, and optimize AI-powered workflows that boost productivity, streamline processes, and improve decision-making across teams.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement automated workflows using NoCode or low-code platforms like Zapier, Make.com, Power Automate, n8n or DataStax.
- Create and refine prompt templates for various AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest in large language models (LLMs) capabilities and prompt engineering best practices.
- Evaluate and test new AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms.
- Document workflows and provide training or guidance for team members using automation
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1+ years of experience in a technical, operations, or automation-focused role
- Hands-on experience with NoCode automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, n8n or DataStax
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and how to structure effective prompts for AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and working with structured data formats like JSON
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) or frameworks like LangChain
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python or JavaScript)
- Exposure to data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Background in process improvement, business operations, or digital transformation
