Summary
Rosenbaum Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and bilingual Intake Specialist to join our amazing team. The Bilingual Intake Specialist plays a key role in identifying and bringing new clients to our firm and is the first point of contact for potential clients. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fostering and maintaining positive client relations through communication and professional conduct.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Conduct intake interviews to gather information and assess case potential.
- Manage initial case information, track leads, and follow up with potential clients as needed.
- Support prospective clients by providing general information about the Intake process.
- Provide additional support to the Intake team and perform additional duties as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications, including Filevine.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining case information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Education and/or Experience
- Experience in customer service role is preferred. Legal experience is a bonus!
- Associate’s degree required but Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- MUST speak Haitian Creole!

This role is full-time and is on-site at our New York City office in downtown Manhattan.

Pay Range
$35,000 - $40,000
