Looking for someone who is detail oriented to do the property turnovers when guests check out (guests usually stay for 1-2 nights.) You will play a critical role in the guest experience by making sure the property is cleaned and restocked ready for their stay.
Turnovers include cleaning, restocking supplies, and prepping for next guests. Turnover must be complete between 11:30a and 2:30pm. Checklist is provided and typically takes 2-3 hours.
The average number of turnovers is 3-5 per week.
Property is small (less than 350 sq ft) with walkways, lots of steps, and outdoor areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have AWD or 4WD for winter access
- Duties include restocking coffee, tea, and treats
- Must have a washer + dryer. We have two sets of linens, but laundry will need to be done offsite.
- Cleaning (vacuum, dust, wiping things down, emptying bins, etc)
- Restocking firewood inside and outside of dome (need to be able to lift 15-20 lbs)
- Must have smartphone for accessing the schedule and getting paid
- Strong communication skills
