Responsibilities
Team Introduction
The mission of Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. The FSSC Leader, Americas (AMS) will play a key role in the continued development and transformation of the Global FSSC function. They will be the leader responsible for setting up employment reimbursement, account payable and/or fixed asset management policy and process which balances the efficiency and risk. We are looking for candidates who are highly self driven and embrace challenges and changes. This is a full-time, hybrid position, based in San Jose.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation and optimization of the Financial Shared Service Center team in the Americas region.
- Upgrade the financial system and procedure according to the financial management standards and the requirements of overseas business.
- Familiar with AMS policies and regulations, establish a mechanism for quality control, manage risk and provide advice from the perspective of internal control.
- Respond actively to business demands and decide whether it is reasonable then offer professional advice and support.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience leading Finance shared services teams; Employment Reimbursement, Accounts Payable, and/or Fixed Asset Management.
- Familiar with AMS accounting systems and rules as well as basic laws.
- Capable of adapting to a diverse work culture; excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit are required; ability to collaborate smoothly with domestic and overseas departments.
- At least 5+ years of experience leading a dedicated FSSC or Accounts Payable team.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required due to system and financial documents.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ Years of experience in financial management for multinational corporations
- Experience in establishing a Financial Shared Service Center overseas or from TMT industries.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129000 - $307200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
