EHS Analyst
📍 Bogotá, Colombia
At Lincoln Electric, we are looking for an EHS Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs. This role will play a key part in promoting a safe workplace, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting our sustainability and operational excellence goals.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with local EHS regulations and internal company standards.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
- Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, and control verification activities.
- Support the administration of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).
- Maintain EHS records, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on occupational medical examinations.
- Support environmental management initiatives and ISO 14001 activities.
- Promote a culture of safety through employee engagement, awareness, and training initiatives.
- Assist with incident investigations and tracking of action plans.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Active SST License required.
- 2+ years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety (SST/EHS).
- Experience supporting SG-SST programs.
- Knowledge of Colombian EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate English Level
