• The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of the posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and an annual merit increase. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

The Analyst plays a critical role in supporting pricing, margin management, and go-to-market strategies within the QSR business unit. This position is responsible for gathering, consolidating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights that drive commercial performance. The Analyst will support the development of dashboards, tools, and reports that enhance visibility into business trends and enable data-driven decision-making.

This role reports to the Director, Analytics – QSR and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Commercial Excellence, Category Management, Finance, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the QSR Deal Dashboard to track quoting activity, deal progression, and business outcomes
• Assist in consolidating data from various ERP systems into a unified customer-product database
• Conduct margin waterfall analyses to identify profitability drivers and areas of margin leakage
• Maintain and update the QSR Contract Database to ensure accurate contract tracking and compliance
• Analyze pricing and cost trends to support pricing strategy and forecasting efforts
• Identify and report on pricing variation across customers and SKUs, recommending standardization opportunities
• Monitor sales and margin performance by customer and product to uncover trends and improvement areas
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems
• Prepare presentations and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data extraction processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences
