The Impact You'll Make
As our Analyst, Procurement (Third party payroll), you'll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of the AlfaGomma integration and R13 initiatives by ensuring Procurement master data is accurate, consistent, and aligned across systems. Your work will help create a reliable foundation for Procurement and Supply Chain operations by improving data quality, reducing risks, and enabling informed business decisions. By identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, you'll contribute directly to efficient project execution, stronger governance, and a more standardized data environment. Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Master Data, and project teams, you'll help ensure critical business data supports operational excellence and long-term business success.What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Procurement master data cleansing, validation, and standardization activities to improve data quality and support the successful execution of AlfaGomma integration and R13 objectives.
- Analyze Procurement master data, identify inconsistencies, and drive timely resolution of data quality issues in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Master Data, and IT teams to ensure data aligns with business requirements, governance standards, and project milestones.
- Use data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements, improve data accuracy, and reduce operational risks.
- Document best practices, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen master data governance.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in master data management, data analysis, procurement operations, supply chain processes, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a project-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and engage stakeholders clearly and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience supporting data cleansing, data migration, integration, or data governance initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
