Role Introduction
At HEINEKEN, engineering enables safe, reliable and sustainable production. We are looking for an APAC Engineering HUB Manager to lead our regional Engineering HUB and strengthen engineering performance across APAC breweries.
Working closely with Global, Regional, local brewery stakeholders, and suppliers, the role ensures maintenance standards, systems, and best practices are effectively deployed and continuously enhanced across the region.
You will connect regional priorities with brewery needs, lead a multicultural team and help OpCos improve asset care, major maintenance, utilities, sustainability and engineering capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional Engineering HUB team, balancing resources and capability with brewery support needs.
- Drive safe and reliable execution of major maintenance, overhauls and engineering support, with strong planning and disciplined delivery.
- Strengthen asset care, reliability and lifecycle performance through consistent standards, structured problem-solving and learning from failures.
- Improve utilities performance and advance energy, water and sustainability priorities across the brewery network.
- Establish a transparent HUB service model for request intake, prioritisation, resource allocation, service levels, escalation and feedback.
- Optimise maintenance planning, spare-parts availability, maintenance cost and asset replacement decisions using data and network synergies.
- Use reliable engineering data, digital tools and performance insights to identify risks, improve decisions and accelerate continuous improvement.
- Partner with OpCos, Global, Finance, Procurement and Suppliers to align engineering priorities and build regional capability.
What We're Looking For
- •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant engineering or maintenance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading teams and delivering results across multiple sites or a network organisation, including coaching and capability development.
- Strong knowledge of asset care, maintenance, reliability, utilities and continuous improvement.
- Confident project manager and communicator who can work across functions and cultures.
- Ability to work effectively in a regional, virtual, and matrix environment.
- Practical, data-driven and comfortable working autonomously in an evolving environment.

- Major engineering and maintenance activities are delivered safely, reliably and on time.
- Breweries improve asset availability, operational performance, utilities performance and sustainability outcomes.
- OpCos receive transparent, responsive and value-adding HUB support.
- Influence stakeholders and foster collaboration across the network.
- Regional engineering capability, collaboration and reapplication become stronger.
- Maintenance cost, spare-parts working capital and asset lifecycle decisions are optimised.
