Essential Functions:
The Maintenance Technician must have the ability to install, service, replace, and repair all items pertinent to service request demands. The work must be performed in a safe, responsible, and professional manner. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Service, remove, and install appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers, garbage disposals, and water heaters
· Countertops and cabinets
· Toilets, sinks, and vanities
· Caulking and grouting
· Window Screens and window blinds
· Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches and fuses
· Hardware
· Minor drywall damage
· Stair treads
· Cleaning out main drain lines and sewer lines up to 4”
Special Requirements:
· Physical demands will include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The team member is required to perform safe lifting procedures and reach objects using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. Sitting, standing, walking, and talking is a must with day-to-day activities. Candidates must possess the ability to work extended or flexible hours. Weekends are a shift schedule.
Qualifications:
Education:
· High school education or equivalent is preferred
· Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
Professional Experience:
· Minimum three-year maintenance technician experience required
Must Have a Valid Driver License

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
