We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Appliance Delivery member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping transport goods efficiently and safely to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Duties
- Load and unload products, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
- Navigate designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in moving heavy items as needed, demonstrating physical capability for lifting and carrying loads safely.
Experience
- Previous experience in appliance delivery is preferred.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas effectively.
- Experience handling appliances in customers homes required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
