Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about scratch and dent appliances, and answering any questions they may have.Also reply to all inquiries coming through online channels.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the appliances we offer, including their features, benefits, and potential drawbacks related to their cosmetic imperfections.
- Sales: Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products, demonstrating the value of purchasing scratch and dent items.
- Inventory Management: Work with the inventory team to keep track of available products, ensuring that the showroom is well-organized and items are properly displayed.
- Pricing and Promotions: Communicate current promotions and discounts to customers, and assist in setting up pricing strategies for scratch and dent items.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any concerns or issues customers may have regarding their purchases.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including customer feedback and inventory turnover.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, especially in the appliance or home goods sector.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with appliances and their features is a plus, though training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and explain product benefits effectively, Bilingual Candidates are preferred
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Compensation will be a base salary of 12$/Hour + 3% Commision on Each Appliance Sold
