Job Purpose and Impact

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Microsoft 365 Engineer to support, administer, enhance, and govern Microsoft 365 collaboration and automation platforms, with a primary focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and PowerShell automation.

This role is responsible for day-to-day platform administration, advanced troubleshooting, L2/L3 support, governance and compliance activities, solution development. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

The position requires experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in complex, global environments and a strong background in automation, governance, and business solution delivery.

Key Accountabilities

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 platforms (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform) with focus on configurations, permissions, and information architecture
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support; resolve escalated incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and monitor platform health and performance
  • Manage storage, capacity planning, external sharing settings, and access controls across SharePoint and OneDrive environments
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SPFx solutions, and PowerShell automation for operational efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date technical and end user documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of SharePoint Online experience.
  • 3-5 years of Power Platform experience.
  • 3-5 years of PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Experience executing governance and compliance controls.
  • Experience developing and supporting SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions and copilot.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, or Power Platform.
