Job Overview
Homze is seeking a reliable and professional Appointment Confirmation Specialist to join our fast-paced, rewarding team in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you will ensure the quality and accuracy of in-home consultation appointments, working directly with homeowners and canvassing representatives. Responsibilities
- Confirm and screen appointments set by our canvassing and digital teams
- Call all appointments the day before if more than 3 days have passed since booking to confirm
- Conduct door confirms with canvassers and homeowners via phone
- Verify key appointment details including homeowner presence, contact information, project scope, and scheduling accuracy
- Cancel or reschedule appointments that do not meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and notes using Salesforce
- Make outbound calls to company-generated internet leads during downtime to set new appointments
Compensation
- $22.00 per hour
- Monthly earnings typically $4,000+ including bonuses
Bonus Structure
- $2.50 per confirmed appointment (even if canceled, no-show, or not pitched)
- $7.50 per pitched or sold appointment
- $30 per pitched appointment personally booked from internet leads
- One bonus tier applies per appointment
- No cap on monthly bonuses
- Most team members average $1,000+ per month in bonuses
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Optional Saturday hours available
- Hybrid schedule: in-office with the option for up to 2 remote days per week after 1 month, based on performance
- Office located in Vancouver, WA

Qualifications
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills

- Logic-driven mindset; capable of evaluating situations based on facts and standards
- Quick learner with an interest in career development
- Experience with Salesforce or Dialpad is a plus, not a requirement
