Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to effectively engage with prospects and contribute to our business development efforts.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls as well as in person visits to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment generation.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and ensure a steady flow of appointments.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate with prospects.
Skills
- Proven experience in direct mail sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and market analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
