Appraisal Coordinator – National AMC
Hybrid Work Schedule | Full-Time
We’re a technology-driven, fast-paced national Appraisal Management Company looking for an experienced and motivated Appraisal Coordinator to join our growing team.
You will
- Onboard new clients & configure fee schedules
- Assign appraisal orders to qualified appraisers
- Manage the appraisal pipeline to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with clients & appraisers to resolve issues
- Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency
You have
- 2+ years in an AMC, lender appraisal department, or similar role
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
Work Environment
- Hybrid flexibility is available upon request after the initial training period
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000 – $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience
