Job Title: Roofing Order Coordinator
Reports to: Logistics Manager
Location: Headquarters 36 Cave Drive Eldon, MO 65026
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p

Key Responsibilities:
- Work Order Building
- Build accurate and complete work orders from insurance paperwork and signed contracts
- Review scopes and job specs while spotting potential issues on paperwork
- Ensure all trades, line items, and supplemental tasks are accounted for before scheduling
- Building Code Compliance / Carrier Coverage
- Review each work order for applicable local building code requirements
- Apply required code upgrades or notations to ensure legal and quality compliance
- Ensure that carriers provide coverage for contracted items.
- Material Coordination
- Generate material orders that align with job scopes and timelines
- Verify measurements, confirm product selections, and coordinate with suppliers, sales team, and project managers before delivery
- Flag and resolve product availability or substitution issues proactively while keeping everyone informed
What You Bring to the Table:• Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration will be considered a great asset.• Laser-sharp attention to detail and organization skills• Comfortable reading scopes and collaborating across departments• Familiar with Xactimate, Acculynx, or material ordering platforms? Even better• Adaptable, team-oriented, and cool under pressure• A go-getter attitude with a drive to learn, grow, and level up
Compensation & Perks:• Pay rate is based on relevant and demonstrable knowledge, proficiency and experience with a potential to earn up to $90K/year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
