About the Role:
Position Located in Charlotte, NC
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Area General Manager to lead multiple hotel properties within our client’s portfolio. This senior leadership role demands a proven track record in multi-property management, outstanding operational expertise, and a strong ability to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance across diverse teams and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of multiple hotels, ensuring each property consistently meets or exceeds brand and quality standards.
- Develop, mentor, and support property-level General Managers and leadership teams.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share for each hotel under your supervision.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet business objectives.
- Implement operational best practices and ensure compliance with corporate policies and brand standards.
- Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and collaboration across all properties.
- Serve as the key liaison between hotel ownership, corporate leadership, and on-site teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel; multi-property experience strongly preferred
- Proven success in hotel operations, revenue management, and financial performance
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned area
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Background in specific brand portfolio Hilton, Marriott, IHG preferred.
