We are looking for a front-desk receptionist to work a few weekday afternoon shifts from 1 to 7 PM, with other shifts available from time to time.
He or she will answer telephones, greet and assist members and visitors, and perform scheduling and clerical tasks.
A pleasant, positive attitude is required.
Additionally, if the employee is 21+, he or she will occasionally pour alcohol for club members and guests. He or she should possess good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls.
- If you are 21+, must be willing to acquire a ServeSafe alcohol certification. (Training and test will be paid by Club.)
- Maintains confidentiality of all data.
- Support management and administration with miscellaneous projects.
- Communicate with and assist Club members and guests.
- Must have good organizational skills and analytical ability in order to interpret information, and carry out duties independently.
- Must be cooperative and have the desire to be a team player.
Qualifications
- Team-oriented with a positive and optimistic attitude.
- Experience in administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficient in use of computers and software.
- Customer service experience or aptitude to be able to deal tactfully with Club members, guests, fellow employees, and the general public.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
