We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Armed Security Officer to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent observation skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
### Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on-site
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring authorized entry
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
### Experience:
- Previous experience in armed security, law enforcement, Military, or a related field is preferred
- CPL license required
- Familiarity with conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- CPR and First Aid certification recomended
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
