Must be available to begin in September!
Responsibilities:
- Instruct children ages 5 - 10 in engaging art classes at private schools
- Mondays 2:30 - 3:30 PM in Melrose, MA
- Thursdays 3 - 4 PM in Beverly, MA
- Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students.
- Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
- Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide a fun and creative environment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to commit to a weekly class from September - June.
- Must be comfortable instructing children in completing an arts & crafts project.
Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience required.
- Interest / experience in art or passion for art!
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable.
- Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
