Duties
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Utilize software tools such as DocuSign and QuickBooks for managing contracts and financial records.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone systems, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Assist in office management duties, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support team members with various administrative projects as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
Requirements
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with DocuSign and QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Ability to proofread documents for grammatical accuracy and clarity.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
