SUMMARY
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies dealership personnel of visitor arrival; assists with other administrative duties as needed. Perfect position for college students with a busy school schedule or individuals wanting weekend work!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Answer multi-line switchboard
· Welcome visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally, in person or on the telephone; answer and/or refer inquiries
· Direct visitors
· Inform dealership personnel when visitors arrive to meet with them
· Prepare and assemble documentation related to vehicle sales
· Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area
· Miscellaneous duties as needed
Previous customer service experience and/or experience in an office environment is preferred but not required. Basic computer knowledge is required. The current schedule for this position is Saturday 8:00AM-6:00PM and Sunday 10:00AM-6:00PM with a start date of 08/30/2025. Should be able to come in for training on select days prior to your start date.
