We are a small Aerospace manufacturing company in search of a strong, self-motivated employee with good attention to detail. Preferred Applicant should have experience with hands-on skills. These can include working with basic tools, working on cars or electronics, general handywork or crafting. We will train for this entry level position and there will be opportunity for advancement.
Duties include assembling hoses on different types of machines, assembling by hand, inventory control, quality control, shipping and receiving, and various other tasks. Applicant needs to also be self-motivated, organized, strong time management, the ability to multitask and understand the urgency in delivery dates. We are looking for a team player who is willing to assist elsewhere when needed.
Reliable transportation is a must. Must be fluent in reading and writing in English.
Beginning pay is $16.50 with bonus if we hit monthly goal bonus brings pay closer to $18 per hour (we hit 11 out of 12 months) month. Review of performance and attendance after 90 days.
