Position Responsibilities:
- Train and develop volunteers to lead and participate in worship by using their gifts through audio, video, and lighting.
- Steward production equipment and resources at the Greenville Campus.
- Create and execute gatherings that incorporate the Worship Arts frame of audio, video, lighting, and music.
- Adhere to the support Production policies and standards.
- Recruit, develop, and lead volunteers in skill and their walk with Jesus.
- Work alongside the Worship Arts Director and Worship Leader to maintain a healthy team culture.
- Give and receive feedback to/from the Production Support Center team.
- Contribute to other ministry needs as requested.
- Hold the team accountable to the Missions, Pillars and Standards (MPS) of Production at NewSpring Church.
